I am a 29 year old Black male historian who loves black women and is pretty Afrocentric. KEY WORD AFROCENTRIC!! This book gave me a deeper love for black women more than ever. If a black man cares about his people, this book will make him want to cry in the closet and then fight shortly after that. But there is one problem that is not addressed in this book. I have looked from front to back, from back to front looking for this issue.
Maybe its in the other two UMOJA books that i have not read where it talks about this issue, but the issue is WEAVES, EXTENSIONS, AND PRESS PERM HAIR. Now go right on ahead, and hate on this review , but I HATE, and DESPISE weaves and extensions.
I love my black women BLACK, natural, braided, dreadlocks or something, like they where straight from Africa. Please bring back the 70s up to the early 90s, the Golden age of African beauty. God made people a certain way, people really need to embrace this. YES I agree we need to stop playing with the snow, but we also need to love OURSELVES before we love someone else.

I’m a victim. And this is book has become ammunition for my understanding or lack of understanding. Authors like Umoja are valuable assets to the Black Community. The Interracial Con Game is a must have.

This book is worth supporting by purchasing. However, I must call out a major problem with this book that really rubbed me the wrong way as a reader and a consumer. 1/4 of the information has been directly lifted from Dark Horse and placed in this book. If this is a trilogy, I expect new information in each book, not a rehash of what I’ve already read. I feel okidoed. There were a few things that I had problems with but they are insignificant.
If this was a stand alone book, I would have given it a 5 star. However, I found myself reading what I had already read in a Dark Horse, though the other 3/4 was new info.
Should you support this book? I say yes. There is some very good information in it. I expect original information from now on, if the authors want me to spend my hard earned dollars with them. So in reality this book really gets 3 stars, but I did not want to discourage folks from getting some useful information.
Note:
I believe it was in this book that the topic of Black women entertainers being made to wear awful weaves. Interestingly enough I came upon an interview with Wendy Williams and the young and beautiful Keke Palmer. It’s a perfect example. Youtube it.

This will be my second time reading this very very very very constructive piece of work well written in every aspect of the system of white supremacy.
I would recommend highly and strongly a chapter/page in this book for those who think all black males are deadbeat fathers when the real ones are the ones who are in our plain sight…Chapter 19 Pg.124 The Most Notorious Deadbeat Fathers in US History.

Many Civil rights generation Blacks feel that IR relationships are a reward for all the “perceived” gains that have been made in white supremacist society. “Hogwash!”. The promotion non-Black features in media brainwashes Black people into thinking that a more “exotic” looking child (with straighter hair, lighter skinned, less Black features) is desired.
More “mainstream” offspring. This mindset affects many non-whites, but more so Black people as a result of the anti-Black world that we live in. More than likely, the result will be “white-identified” offspring that will be absorbed into racist man/woman/child. This will make a “new and improved” white person with “more melanin”. Frankly, I’m tired of seeing this!!
This is nice, gentle and FUN(fun,especially for the white person)form of Genocide. LOVE the Book!! Tired of all these tragic arrangements! I came close to getting into one at one time, but am thankful that I am less confused. I wish the same for all non-white people.

This book gives a fresh, interesting perspective on interracial relationships and the destruction it does to the black community. Many people think that white people who engage in this misbehavior are not racists. This book shows that they may be the MOST racist and most dedicated to destroying the future of the black race via so-called biracial offspring who will be white identified. Wake up black man and woman we are on the battlefield!

I approached this book as someone who was incredibly uninformed and, in many respects, naive about the composition of the interracial dynamic and mythology of this planet. Well, whatever confusion I did have is now emphatically cleared up.
This book is a revelation, an honest breakdown of how demeaning and destructive this interracial game is. And I would suggest that one must be completely honest and open to receive and process what is being shared here. I think of my own “white chip” or tendency toward anti-blackness in working hard to not believe what is suggested in Interracial Con Game.
However, truth and honesty for black people can be incredibly transformative. In other words, looking in the mirror and accessing who we really are and what we have been conditioned to believe gives us an opportunity to become something greater than a racist white supremacist system affords us.
I particularly enjoyed the authors breaking down the myths associated with sexing or breeding or coupling with racist man and racist woman…very, very revealing. And true. My suggestion is read the book, sit with the book, re-read the book, look in the mirror, access what you see, integrate self-respect in your daily life, and share this book with everyone you care about.

As a product of an interracial mariage the theories esposed in the book make me sick to my stomach. My parents have been happily married for 34 years so most of the ideals in this book don’t hold water with me.
I would give this book a zero if I could for promagating such blatantly racist thoughts and trying to wrap them in the clock of a well thought out and researched theory.

I purchased this book after noticing something “odd” during a recent series of business trips around the US. I noticed that the television commercials in predominately black or Spanish speaking cities were FULL of interracial couples while the same commercial in predominately white parts of the country had NO interracial couples.
Also, because I was in strange cities and had time to watch TV, I noticed that almost ALL of the black characters in weekly sitcom-type programs were paired romantically with someone of another race, mostly white.
Because commercials and TV programming are expensive, every image is carefully planned. I also know that repetition influences behavior. I wondered who is making these decisions and what their purpose could be? What made them think that black people prefer to to see interracial couples rather than black couples?
This book answered those questions with data, historical reference, psychological analysis and real-life experiences. My favorite parts of the book were the personal experiences and the analysis of interracial relationships as a tool of oppression and what that means to the continent of Africa.
This book will make you take a deeper look at WHY you are attracted to certain people. As another reviewer said “I can’t believe they went there!” Highly Recommended.

This book should be MANDATORY to every single non-white person classified as “black”. What I loved about this book is that before it got into the subject of so-called “interracial relationships” is that it explains the context in which we live in: the global system of white supremacy/terrorism. With news articles and testimonies that every single victim of racism/white supremacy can relate to. When it goes into the subject matter it does so impeccably and explains in details why it’s incorrect for non-whites and whites/racists/terrorists to be sexually involved with each other under this global system white supremacy/terrorism.

I only wished that I came across this book many years ago when I was dating a white man for almost 7 years. Oh, he “loved black women, their skin,they looked so exotic”, etc.. He was very kind …at the beginning ,yet his racism slowly seeped out as the relationship went on.
His racist remarks and public humiliation and acts to dehumanize me became a fun sport for him. He became confident in expressing his racism, without apology or restraint. It became a cruel sport to him. He became no less than a psychopath with all the evils that came with a psychopath.
His cruelty was relentless. It took much for me to realized that his racism was his nature. It was the worst of all worst relationships that I have every experienced. It is the only thing that I will always regret till the day I die. I’d tell anyone, ‘DON’T DO IT’! IT WAS EXACTLY AS THE BOOK DESCRIBED…HANDS DOWN!!
This book helped me to gain much understanding of that horrid relationship and who I am. This kind of relationship isn’t just a ‘bad relationship’, it is DIABOLICALLY EVIL. Basically when you lay down with a white person, you are laying down with all of the historical genecide, rape, lynchings, and killings of your people, your own murderer and your ancestors are screaming from their graves!!
It is impossible and delusional to think that racism will not be the initial cause of a interracial relationship with a white person. I kid you not, this isn’t just a “bad relationship” gone wrong. There is something so sinister that therapy will be needed thereafter.
It is that strange poisonous fruit. This sort of relationship will leave unbelievable psychological damage. I’ve seen it done. Read the book!! I don’t care how nice, sweet or kind a white person may seem when you are dating them…it is never for the right reasons. Rarely, is it so. Rarely!
I must say, that I had been brainwashed to hate myself and my own people, which drove me to date a white ‘man’. The propaganda that bombards African Americans to hate each other and themselves will easily get one hoodwinked if not aware, like I was. I am fortunate that I didn’t conceive a child with that monster. I am no longer there. I embrace myself and my African man. There is no turning back.
White supremacy propaganda… to interracially date is being pushed on us everywhere with a vengeance. Pay attention people. It is the white supremacist trump card used for genetic suicide for the African race. Interracial dating, multi-culturalism, and dating outside the box….it’s all BS, white supremacy propaganda. Nothing has changed, appearances are deceiving here in the states. We are still in a society of white supremacy. We are Africans in a foreign land.
This book is a MUST READ for every African American who is considering dating a white person, in a relationship with a white person, explained in detail, leaves no stone unturned….and chocked full of our much needed history. Hell, purchase more than one book and pass it on! Love yourself, and love your own people. A black man or woman is your only ally, no one can replace that. No one.

I read this book and then passed it on to a friend who I thought needed to hear the message. So many people see the abundance of interracial relationships in society today and in the media as a sign of progress in the fight against racism.
However, this book lays out how these sorts of relationships are used as a weapon in the fight to maintain the system of white supremacy. IR relationships are depicted in the media as being somehow more functional than Black on Black love, while the truth is the vast majority of IR relationships are destructive and involve a white partner who refuses to address racism while claiming that their love is “color blind”.
In fact, most IR relationships occur between white people who use their Black partner to deny their own complicity in a racist system, and attempt to dominate their Black partner by not allowing conversations surrounding race and racism to occur. While I do not believe ALL IR relationships embody these dynamics, it is EXTREMELY rare to find an interracial relationship that is based on anything other than the unequal power dynamic that white supremacy creates.
This book succinctly and concretely lays out the reasons and ways that IR relationships are used to harm the Black community. Definitely a must read.

But it does, it goes there and beyond , never to look back…. Sex as a weapon. Against blacks and other non whites it’s is perhaps THE weapon. How so? If a white person is sexing a nonwhite they can’t be racist…..right?
WRONG.
This book pulls the covers off the bed of lies we are fed about “interracial” sex. If you believe we are in a system of racism white supremacy(a system where the most powerful white people collectively control every thing in the known universe) then sex between a white and a nonwhite is a major no-no.
It’s the worst thing a nonwhite person who is interested in ending the System of racism white supremacy could do. Why? Read this book and you’ll understand why! If you are a nonwhite person who is currently sexing a nonwhite person, read this book. If you are a well meaning white person (oxymoron?) in a rape …ooops in a sexual relationship with a non white read this book . If you are a racist white supremacist, well you can go jump off a cliff!
