15 Facts about Freddie Gray and The Rioting in Baltimore

Freddie Gray 15 Freddie Gray, 24, murdered by police

FACT #1 — We live under a system of racism/white supremacy. Once we understand what it is and why it exists, the rest — as painful as it it — will make perfect sense. If you’d like to read the definition I’ve included an excerpt from my book: Trojan Horse: Death of a Dark Nation’ at the link below:

http://racismws.com/trojan-horse-excerpt/

FACT #2 — The murder of unarmed blacks by white men and women is nothing new

Emmett Till 1

FACT #3 — As non-citizens black people do not have equal protection under the law OR any rights that white people are bound to respect. Shooting a black person isn’t much different than shooting a file cabinet. Both are considered property of the white supremacist system. And black people are still the property of this system.

FACT #4 — The police are allowed to beat, sodomize, cripple, rape and murder black men, women, and children without fear of any consequences to maintain a state of terror and demoralization among the black population so we will be too afraid and too low-self-esteemed to openly rebel against our oppression within a white supremacist system

EXCERPT FROM BOOK, ‘TROJAN HORSE: DEATH OF A DARK NATION’ –– CHAPTER 37: DOMESTIC TERRORISM

If “terrorism” is the systematic use of terror against a “civilian or noncombatant” population to achieve political or ideological objectives, and “domestic” refers to government policies and laws that occur inside a country, then the term, “Domestic Terrorism,” is the most accurate description of what is happening to black people all over the United States…

“Rogue Cops Caught on Videotape” Is Psychological Terrorism

Rodney King beating by LA police

Why would a white supremacist justice system that condones (and denies) the widespread police brutality against blacks allow the mainstream media to broadcast the VIDEOTAPED evidence that these (racist) abuses actually exist?

One Possible Reason:

To remind (terrorize) the black collective that ANY black person at ANY time at ANY place for NO reason can be victimized by law enforcement. This psychological tool of terror actually reinforces the black inferiority complex (niggerization) by allowing law enforcement to show a blatant disregard for black life, because black life has no value in a white supremacy society.

In fact, this was the LAW over 150 years ago when the US Supreme Court ruled in 1856 that blacks had “no rights which the white man was bound to respect.” (The Dred Scott v. Sandford Decision). Obviously, little has changed.

Why Blacks Are The Biggest Targets Of Domestic Terrorism

Reason #1: The African man and woman — the first man and woman on earth — possess the MOST MELANIN, which makes them, genetically and biologically speaking, the most powerful people on the planet — and the greatest genetic threat to white survival. (See pp 49-52)

Reason #2: When one group oppresses another group, the oppressed group correctly views their oppressors as their enemy. The reverse is ALSO true. The oppressors know it is foolish (and illogical) to trust the same people they are oppressing (mistreating).

A white supremacist system logically assumes that all non-whites are “enemies of the state” and potential threats to the white status quo, which is why non-whites are ALWAYS assumed to be secretly plotting against whites.

The police and court systems are used to intimidate and terrorize the oppressed to keep them from rebelling against an unfair (racist) system. This explains why law enforcement is allowed to abuse and murder blacks at will.

It also explains why blacks and non-whites (in general) are not perceived by the white collective as “patriotic,” and in some cases, NOT citizens at all. The oppressor class knows it is ILLOGICAL (and insane!) for the oppressed “minorities” to be loyal to the same system that is oppressing them. Sadly, some blacks do not understand how illogical (and self-disrespecting) their “loyalty” is.

Reason #3: The abuse/murder of blacks by the police provides visible “proof” to the white collective that whites are more privileged than (superior to) blacks, thus ensuring the loyalty of whites to a system that is also exploiting them, but still allows even poor whites to feel superior to blacks. This divide-and-conquer strategy by the white elites allows the continued economic and political exploitation of BOTH whites and non-whites.

_____

END OF BOOK EXCERPT

FACT #5 — The majority of white people believe police brutality against blacks is necessary to keep them “safe” (i.e. to maintain white supremacy and white privileges) and to make sure that blacks will NEVER be able to retaliate against them.

(see ‘Dixie Honkey Speaks the Truth About White People)

 Report Suggests That White Americans Think Police Brutality Is Permissible

police-brutality justified

“Whites are significantly more likely to give police officers the benefit of the doubt, either because they have never had an altercation with a police officer or because they tend to see the police as allies in the fight against crime,” said Ronald Weitzer, a George Washington University sociology professor who has studied race and policing in the U.S. and internationally.

(“crime” = black people = niggers)

FACT #6 — Black people in the U.S. are collectively the LEAST VIOLENT AND MOST PASSIVE PEOPLE in the known universe. The rare occurrence of full-fledged “black” riots– in spite of our collective mistreatment on a DAILY BASIS — is proof of this.

There were more white riots after sporting events in ONE DECADE than the TOTAL NUMBER of black riots in America COMBINED.

The TRUTH is , white people often RIOT ABOUT ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and sometimes just for the fun of it.

Since I found so many images and articles about whites rioting for TRIVIAL or NONEXISTENT REASONS, I am going to break up this post into two parts and will post Part Two on Friday.

Ninety minutes after the Boston Red Sox defeated the New York Yankees in dramatic fashion to reach the World Series, Victoria Snelgrove was killed as fans were celebrating in the streets. Police were trying to break up the crowds around Fenway Park when they started firing pepper balls at revelers. Victornia was shot in the eye by one of those pepper balls. She was pronounced dead 12 hours later.

(Look at the language used by the white mainstream media to describe white rioters and looters: “fans,”  “crowds”  and “revelers”)

    My dear

    Excellent as always.

    May I say one thing that you’ve reminded me over and over again?

    “A sociopath is a “person” who feels NO empathy for his/ her victims. They will look you in the eye and deny that they are victimizing you…while they are doing it.”

    Remember your little gem?

    I keep it with me whenever I feel the need to question ‘why’.
    I keep it close to me whenever Yurugu wants to talk about racism…as if they don’t know what the problem is.
    And I keep it close to me when rage gets the better of me and my fantasies become barbaric. I will never allow myself to stoop to their level of wickedness.

    As for the continued brutality against the Keepers of Earth…

    Well… the Sun is moving stealthily towards us, isn’t it? Much will happen soon. We’ll go back to our previous state and they’ll go back to theirs. This is all prophesied by our Shamans and is to be expected. What we need to do now as One Unified People is BE UNIFIED. Come together and defeat this reptile once and for all.

    • Trojan Pam says:

      @ diaryofanegress

      I also keep that thought in mind because the planet is crawling with more and more people who have no moral compass.

      And I agree, something is afoot and strangely enough, I believe the white supremacists know their days of rule are coming to an end.

  2. Cheryl says:

    I appreciate your consistency in getting our people to understand the plain truth as painful as it is. Keep up the good work.

  3. chuquestaquenumber1 says:

    For every black riot,there will be a minimum of 3 white riots. It’s correct how white rioters don’t get the same demonizing. Even by our “allies” like the young Turks. As we see the white cops not being given criminal charges by Maryland law enforcement officials for Freddy Gray death . We need to remember how Maryland law enforcement officials vigorously prosecuted black detective Joseph Walker for killing a significantly larger threatening drunken criminal white racist named Joseph Harvey.

    • Trojan Pam says:

      @ chuquestaquenumber1

      yes, it’s pretty obvious when the white media describes white rioters and looters as “revelers” and “fans”

      And that’s a great point, how Joseph Walker almost went to prison for killing a white male (how rare is that for a black cop to kill a white person??)

      • chuquestaquenumber1 says:

        Black Detective Walker was facing life in prison for killing white Harvey, What was fascinating though not surprising was how white supremacy defended Harvey , Even though Harvey was a criminal with charges pending at the time. Started the conflict,all the crimes,was legally intoxicated, was 89 lbs heavier than Walker,racially threatened Walker”F— you N—–, I’ll kill you you f—-g n—–.Walker at the time was a 18 yr cop with a stellar record. What mattered to Maryland LEO’s obviously was a Black male shot and killed a white guy.

        As for white rioters.Watch this video by the young turks on the recent white riot in Ohio. Listen to how this is described and how Ohio Police officers were wrong for reacting the way they did.

  4. Timothy says:

    @Sister Trojan Pam,

    You have made excellent points like usual. I think one of your greatest points is that the system of white supremacy will never respect the human rights of black people. That fact is one reason why crooked cops are killing black men, black women, and even black children with impunity. The mentality of white racism is sociopathic and parasitic. White terrorism seek to exploit and steal the resources of black people and others worldwide.

    The rebellion in Baltimore is massively less destructive than other white rioting throughout this nation’s history. Also, the American Revolution involved massive rioting and insurrections all across the Eastern Seaboard including the South. Yet, the mainstream media doesn’t call all colonists as “thugs” or “criminals.” So, double standards exist involving this situation. It is a total tragedy that an unarmed black man was killed by officers.

    The further militarization of the police has continued too. They or the enemy regularly tries to portray us (as black people) as criminals collectively instead of the victims of their evils. Police brutality, from the slave patrols to modern times, is key proof that the system of white supremacy will never compromise in its evil. Therefore, we should never compromise in our efforts in fighting for the justice of all black people. You’re a very intelligent Sister and keep up the great work.

    • Courtney H. says:

      @ Brother Timothy:

      Thank you for your comments in the previous post. I greatly appreciate the comments and the compliments.

      I agree with everything that you said.

      Here is Tariq Nasheed talking about what is happening in Baltimore. He is very emotional, since he is also fed up. Beware, because this audio contains a lot of profanity:

      http://www.tariqradio.com/main/episode77-justice-before-order

      • Shanequa says:

        @ Courtney H
        Thanks, for the post but I can’t take Tariq Nasheed serious because he’s an opportunist. I agree with certain issues he discuss but taking him serious I just can’t.

      • Timothy says:

        Good Afternoon Sister Courtney 🙂

        I listened to the broadcast.

        The militarization of the police has been one of the biggest agendas of white supremacy. He’s right to point out that agenda. The National Guard and militarized police pointing guns at Brothers and Sisters is truly disturbing. He made the accurate point about the double standard on how white rioters in America (in our generation) not having to massively experience National Guard intervention. Cliven Bundy’s allies had pointed guns at the police without a response from law enforcement authorities. Colonists during the 18th century used massive riots in fighting the imperialist British Empire. The rebellion in Baltimore never existed as a product of a vacuum. It existed after decades of neglect, austerity, poverty, lax educational opportunities, racism, police brutality, and other evils (by the system of white supremacy). People have been hurting in Baltimore and throughout the Americas for centuries. Police terrorism and police occupation have been a common occurrence against black people. If this situation doesn’t wake up people, then I don’t know what will. There have been six officers who are charged. In our lives, we certainly have to be strategic too. I never commented on the mother here before. I think that the mother is right to say that she doesn’t want her son to die. She doesn’t have to slap his son like that. I do believe that she loves her son a great dealt though. In other words, we have to be strategic and realize how the enemy tries to stereotype us (via their media organs).

        So, we have to act not docile, but strategic, disciplined, and proactive to oppose tyranny. Some in the older (not all) generation want to promote submissive to white supremacy and many of the youth aren’t having it. Many of the black youth have strong revolutionary strength. Also, many older black people are doing the right thing, so I want to make that perfectly clear. We have to address white supremacy and end it in order for us to be free. We want a system of justice without question. We can’t be quiet. Resistance against oppression is a human right. So, we have every right to resist evil via developing our infrastructure, forming our economic power base, and supporting our black community.

        There is no justification for unarmed, innocent black men, black women, and black children being killed. We know that the accusation that gangs were uniting to target cops was a lie. Many Bloods and Crips were in Baltimore trying to help people. We know that Freddie Gray having an illegal knife was a lie. When people show a rebellion, more people see our pain. Also, we need a mobilization and organization among black people (of all classes) to create changes for ourselves. Also, we have to support each other. We need to aid and support black authors, black engineers, black scholars, etc. White racists will condemn us regardless of what we do, so we should care less about what people view us. We should just do what is right. I have no problem with prayer, but we should do more as well. Being docile is not the answer. Self-defense, organizing our power, and standing up against white racism are answers. The President has issued the usual centrist, token statements (which is totally disgraceful. Tariq is right on that point).

        We don’t need to be respectable and submissive to white society. We need to challenge and defeat evil. We should show anger at the system and not at black youth suffering. I don’t agree with innocent property being unjustly damaged, but human life has more value than property. That fact makes me understand that the rebellion of Baltimore has an origin long before 2015. Tariq is right on police unions (which has massive political power), police brutality, and how evil the system of white supremacy is. We need to not only develop our economic power base. We need to grow our political power and promote justice too. We have to come together and promote solidarity. The death of our Brothers and our Sisters should end. Of course, I disagree with Tariq’s misogynistic views though. I don’t agree with him on his views on relationships and women.

        Thank for you showing the link Sister.

        Have a Great Weekend. 🙂

        • Courtney H. says:

          Good afternoon, Brother Timothy. 🙂

          Thank you so much for listening to the audio broadcast. I listened to it the first time this morning.

          I agree with everything that you said in your response. I also agree that white supremacists will use the Black mother slapping her son as an excuse to attack Black mothers and Black women, in general. I agree that she should have taken him off the street, but slapping him like that can be perceived as a **show.** However, I know that I cannot judge, because I really don*t know how I would react in a similar situation. It*s easy to say how we would react, or not react. When we are in that situation, however, we really don*t know how we will react.

          I also agree with you and other commenters on this post that more and more Black people are starting to wake up. Rebelling is one thing, but a lot depends on our next move.

        • chuquestaquenumber1 says:

          Are you aware Bundy recently had a 1 yr anniversary party? Now 2 LVPD officers Soldo and Beck were killed ambush style while eating pizza by Bundy Ranch participants and supporters Jared and Amanda Miller.All of the pro police people purposely don’t blame Bundy,his supporters(Tx Gov Abbott,US Sen Heller,US Sen presidential candidate Cruz,Hannity,most Fox News personnel etc).They don’t even care about the cops that were killed.All involved were white so it’s tolerable. Bundy still has his property ,in spite of not paying his 1,000,000 plus lien . Remember this the next time you see a Black person have their property taken because,they owe 1.000 in taxes, missed 1 mortgage payment,didn’t pay a 300 dollar water bill etc.

          • Timothy says:

            @chuquestaquenumber1

            Those are great words. Your words prove that black cops suffer racism and oppression in the midst of a racist society. There are double standards. Bundy’s ranch has not been raided despite him not paying his taxes for years and his supporters who aimed weapons at law enforcement. Yet, we have those who broke windows in Baltimore facing huge fines and long jail time. Racism and hypocrisy go hand in hand. People should know this information, because FOX News and other media propaganda channel don’t care about us. They care about profit and human exploitation. Thank you for showing the information.

            • Courtney H. says:

              @ Chaquestaquenumber1 & Timothy:

              Yes, I heard a story on NPR last week (while driving to work) about the one-year anniversary of the Bundy ranch standoff. In the report, they made a big deal about how much support Bundy got back then and still has now. No mention of the two Bundy supporters who murdered the two cops. Thank you for mentioning that, because nobody in the media is. This needs to be pointed out. Also, thank you pointing out how Bundy still has his land, while Black people who fall behind one month on their mortgage are being evicted. It is becoming more and more obvious that racism and hypocrisy go hand in hand in a white supremacist society. The double standards are so obvious and disgusting that bigots cannot deny it anymore!

    • Shanequa says:

      @ Timothy
      Brother I really do love reading your comments, because you stimulate my mind even more by thinking.

      • Timothy says:

        @Shanequa

        Thank you Sister.

        I was taught by the best. My mother is the most holiest living person that I know in my life. My father is the most deep talking, masculine talking man that I have ever known. My mother taught me about compassion and my father taught me about political consciousness. You have shown excellent words too Sister. Yes, we have every God given right to resist oppression as our black ancestors rebelled against overt tyranny centuries ago.

    • Trojan Pam says:

      @ Timothy

      I truly believe black people understand more than we let on but we squash that knowledge down to a manageable and less threatening size

      because we know there will be consequences for knowing and acting on that knowledge but it seems that being “ignorant” of reality isn’t working too well for us either

      so perhaps, we’re reaching a point where we’ll have nothing to lose and will be forced to KNOW

  5. looking forward to the next part.

  6. Shanequa says:

    One things about these riots is that it’s gradually waking our people up. I believe this is only the beginning for our fight for liberations. We see our people letting out their frustration & angry. Europeans do not like when their black slaves revolt because it leads to bigger problems for them to deal with. Now that BLACK Africans are rioting, I wonder what will be our next step. You can’t keep treating people like animals in a cage an don’t expect them to fight back sooner are later.

    • Trojan Pam says:

      @ Shanequa

      I agree — and that’s why I believe the charges were filed against the six officers. I wouldn’t be surprised if they pulled them to the side and said, “look, boys, you’re going to have to bite the bullet, take one for the team just for a little while and then when things die down, we’ll let you off easy in court, and won’t convict you.”

      And the Crips and Bloods calling a truce really worried law enforcement and the white supremacists because when your victims stop killing each other what will they do with their free time and all that energy and desire to be free?

  7. Nikki says:

    Great article! However I believe the Baltimore Riot is exactly what the system of white supremacy expected. They want to the citizens of Baltimore to be perceived as “thugs” and “criminals” in order to justify the extermination campaign that is going to follow. The police have their orders to kill as much black life it takes to get the people riled up so the militarized police force can sweep in and “save the day”. Thats the narrative. The people need to be organized with good leadership and militancy in order to survive what is to come…

    • Trojan Pam says:

      @ Nikki

      I agree. I was thinking the same thing, one police murder after another, seemed like they wanted black people to “pop off” so they could use us as guinea pigs for martial law and justify coming down on us.

      Unfortunately, until black people FACE our real problems — racism/white supremacy AND anti-blackness — which means we will have to CHANGE what we think, say and do — that means to stop the name-calling, stop brutalizing each other and stop having sex with white people and/or allowing white people to infiltrate our efforts at liberation

      then there is no way (in my opinion) that we can build the kind of self-love and self-respect that is needed to defend each other

  8. Phazex says:

    Thank you, Sista Pam for your commentary referencing white supremacy. I am SO grateful to Spirit that I continue in “self-actualizing” AND revealing what white supremacy is to other bros. and sistas (that that want to be enlightened).

    Truth: coupling with white supremacy is the fact that “a race that once “owned” you will NEVER respect you.” And though commentary is given here by others, that IS the bottom line. Which is why I find it so perplexing WHY many of our people seek validation from these beasts that “give less than a rat’s a…about black people.

    Thank you and keep ’em coming for I do share with other comrades!

    Be well,

    Phazex_Female

    • Trojan Pam says:

      @ Phazex

      that’s a great point, that a race that once owned you will never respect you.

      I’d like to add: a race that once owned you will NEVER respect themselves

    • Mariama says:

      @Phazex:

      Wow!! You said:

      Truth: coupling with white supremacy is the fact that “a race that once “owned” you will NEVER respect you.”

      I never thought of it like that! That is a great point. I know that there lacks respect but the way that you worded it is like a punch to the stomach. This is what people need to hear rather than these fairytale “we shall overcome” lullabies that Rev Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton are paid to feed us.

    • Timothy says:

      @Sister Courtney

      That is certainly is a lot to read. LOL.

      The stories shows a lot of information about Baltimore. The six officers being charged was inevitable. The tensions were so high that the powers that be had to do something. I am glad that they were charged too. A trial will come up and Mrs. Mosby gave a passionate speech about the death of Freddie Gray. I’m glad that Mosby charged the officers. There is the contrast between no indictments in the Ferguson case of Michael Brown and with the indictments in the Baltimore case of Freddie Gray. Yet, we can’t be naïve. We know that we have a long way to go. We know how the system of white supremacy operates. We should never let these developments pacify us. There must be an addressing of poverty, struggling education, and other problems in Baltimore. We are continuing fighting for our liberation as black people.

      • Courtney H. says:

        @ Brother Timothy:

        Thank you for reading the articles. I greatly appreciate it. And thank you for your comments. I agree with everything you said.

  9. Courtney H. says:

    @ Everybody:

    What do you think of this?

    And this?

    I would like to have some feedback. Thanks.

    • Timothy says:

      @Sister Courtney

      I have listened to both videos. There have been a lot of debates about Toya Graham’s actions. There needs to be discipline sent to children obviously. Yet, there is no excuse for abuse. If the white slave owners abusing black people were wrong back in the 19th century, then it is wrong for black people to be abused today. The narrator Harvey shows the truth on many issues in the view. I disagree with some of his misogynistic views. He’s right that the mainstream media is trying to exploit Ms. Toya Graham for their own purposes (which includes making a fetish out of violent sent to a black child and promoting non-resistance to police terrorism. We have every right to resist tyranny). Many white people are smiling over a black teenage being hit. So, Toya Graham is right to prevent her son from doing something wrong. I disagree with her in slapping his child around. Toya Graham has total love for her children. Also, it is obvious that we have to be strategic and realize that the mainstream media wants to promote stereotypes against black men and black women all of the time. I hope that Graham seeks to be more private and just continue to raise her child. I will not judge her family since I don’t know her life story.

      What is important is to make sure that her family is safe. We wish the best for Sister Toya Graham and her family. Any child (regardless if a child is male or female) should learn the value of masculine and feminine energies. Any child should be educated on the great human value of males and females. Harvey is right to mention that society regularly demonizes a black man using legitimate discipline to a child. Society also demonizes a black woman using legitimate discipline to a child too. I don’t agree with Harvey’s stereotypes of black women. The mainstream media wants the status quo. They readily don’t promote real solutions like eliminating the War on Drugs, creating a living wage, and having a massive urban reconstruction plan. I agree with Harvey that the young teenager should just learn about the realities of society in private without massive TV exposure (since the mainstream media is exploiting the family for profit).

      Mothers and fathers should do what is right. Harvey is right to say that Raven Symone was inappropriate to joke about a son being hit by his mother. He’s right that many of these celebrities don’t care about poor black people in America. No male should be emasculated and no woman should be treated as second class citizens either. Harvey is right that we should educate ourselves on issues. Harvey needs to realize that both black men and black women are oppressed too. No one has a monopoly of suffering in our community. I agree with Harvey that the CVS pharmacy should not be damaged. We have to establish a plan in order for us to be free.

      Thank you for the videos Sister. 🙂

      • Courtney H. says:

        @ Brother Timothy:

        You are welcome, and thank you.

        I am not going to add to what you said, since you broke it down beautifully. I agree with you about how Sister Toya Graham is being used by the media, through both praise and criticism. I also agree that Harvey needs to stop stereotyping Black women and acting like Black women like myself are not being slammed by the mainstream society. We are NOT getting a pass! ALL Black people are catching h*ll.

        I also agree that many Black celebrities do not really care about the Black community. Sister Trojan Pam has been talking about this for some time now.

        We really need to educate ourselves about issues going on today. It looks like more and more of us are educating ourselves and are waking up.

        • Timothy says:

          @Sister Courtney

          You’re Welcome Sister.

          At the end of the day, we are one people. We are oppressed people and we have the right to stand up for our human rights progressively.

  10. Courtney H. says:

    Here is another video:

    • Timothy says:

      @Sister Courtney

      I have looked at the video where Harvey talked about Geraldo and the protesters too.

      The mainstream media including FOX News will demonize and slander protesters regardless. We all know that many people use the word thug as code for the “N” word. There is no question about it. Even the mayor of Baltimore had to apologize for her calling people thugs. Right now, President Barack Obama has not apologized for calling black people “thugs.” On Monday, there was a rebellion. On Monday, there was the destruction of innocent property. I agree with Harvey that the destruction of innocent property is wrong. There is nothing wrong with protesting and resisting evil, but we have to resist, organize, mobilize, and be strategic in our actions.

      Harvey is right to expose Geraldo and FOX for making stereotypical, false statements about the black community. Geraldo has disrespected people who wear hoodies. Geraldo is a disgrace by disrespecting protesters who want justice. FOX News and other such networks are funded by multinational corporations and they spew propaganda. Geraldo slandered the protesters as vandals. There are double standards. There are riots in Kentucky and in New Ham[shire done by mostly white people, yet the mainstream media never call these white rioters as “thugs.” The rebellion came in Baltimore via the hurt and the pain of oppressed people. We are oppressed under a tyrannical system. When you have black people being murdered in broad daylight for no reason, then we have a crisis. Many black people have to express a more positive mentality since the Knowledge of Self can cause people to achieve great things. Anger should be channeled into a positive direction.

      The West has used violence via drone attacks, police brutality, and other policies, yet the establishment want protesters to act in a narrow docile fashion. Yet, we will not be docile at any circumstance. We will resist. We have the right to use nonviolence and self-defense if necessary to defend our human rights. Even Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. advocated work stoppages, civil disobedience, and other forms of resistance not passive inactivity. In other words, the slave revolts by our Brothers and by our Sisters throughout the Americas (centuries ago) are purely justified. Nonviolent boycotts are also justified.

      One important point to note is that people are suffering racism and classism. We have a very fragile economy and many of our people suffer Depression level unemployment levels. There has to be the addressing of poverty if we are to free too.

        @ Brother Timothy:

        Thank you for watching the video. I know that it contained a lot of profanity.

        Anyway, I so glad that more and more Black people are not letting the racist media get away with so much BS. These racists/white supremacists needed to checked. Tariq talked a lot about checking these demons on his podcast this week (which I have already posted).

        I am that you and Harvey pointed out the fact the United States has committed violent acts in our name for years. Many people said that 9/11 was payback for all the dirt that the US has done all over the world, and the sad part about it is, we have not learned much from that experience, if anything. It seems that more and more people have gotten worse when it comes to American absolutism and whatnot.

        I am afraid that another 9/11 will happen again, in the near future, as punishment for what continues to happen in this country today. Several commenters have posted about this before.

        We have to continue speaking out, because if we do not, it would definitely be a lot worse.

        • Timothy says:

          @Sister Courtney:

          You have made excellent points like usual.

          More and more black people like the youth are speaking their minds and confronting media pundits like Geraldo. Geraldo has sold out a long time ago. He went from having a talk show to be a puppet of a racist FOX News network.

          The lies of the white supremacists are so easy to refute that children can refute their lies. It is when their lies get refuted is when they become angry or want to change the subject. As you have mentioned, more and more black people are waking up, especially after the rebellion in Baltimore.

          9/11 was a terrible event. I remember it like it was yesterday. I was a freshman in college when it occurred. I remember what I was doing and everything. The history of 9/11 is complex. We know that Al-Qaeda was founded by Osama bin Laden. Bin Laden was a CIA asset back in 1979 via Operation Cyclone. Osama bin Laden was a counterrevolutionary, who could of done massive good. Yet, he enacted evil and was funded by the West even during the 1980’s. The attacks on 9/11 were very evil and Western imperialism is evil too.

          We all hope and pray that we won’t have another 9/11 attack on American soil or in any place on Earth. Many of the rescue heroes who saved people on 9/11 died from diseases from the smoke without much compensation. There is a link between Western imperial policies overseas and domestic suppression of our democratic rights at home. People have to know that we have to care for each other and we have to promote a more progressive foreign policy. Yes, we are fighting for black liberation and we want the system of white supremacy to end.

            You always make me think, too. 😉

            I agree with everything that you said. Geraldo sold out a long time ago. Is it going to be worth it?

            We all know about the background of 9/11. I was taking a teacher certification class on that day. Many people were damaged by the after-effects of 9/11 and are suffering to this day (especially the first responders). Donna Summer died three years ago of lung cancer. She reportedly said that since she was in NYC that day, she got the cancer from post-9/11 pollution.

            Yes, the white supremacists are being called out more and more. It*s about time! The media are being used to demonize, but people are catching on and telling the media and their representatives about themselves. This is long overdue.

            • Timothy says:

              @Sister Courtney

              I’m glad that I make you think 😉

              Geraldo went into the side of the forces of reaction without question. He supports the evil, bloody war on terror and he has gotten into unnecessary verbal confrontations with Baltimore protesters. He is unashamed of his selling out.

              I heard that Donna Summer died because of the smoke from 9/11 too. Many first responders have died after they heroically saved lives. More and more people know that 9/11 was a conspiracy. A conspiracy is a plan made up by two or more people, then it is acted upon. By definition, 9/11 was an evil conspiracy. We know that many of the hijackers We know that the neo-cons exploited 9/11 as a way for them to attack Afghanistan and Iraq. We know that the U.S., Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, etc. for decades have ties to numerous reactionary Islamist extremists. We know about NORAD using wargames on 9/11, and other issues pertaining to the event.

              Many young people (both Brothers and Sisters) are telling their stories and confronting propaganda mainstream media organs. The mainstream media’s role is to show the establishment’s agenda 24/7 365. FOX is not the only network involved in showing nefarious propaganda. Everyone knows that. Even networks like CNN, etc. try to ignore the real point of how the system of white supremacy has damaged the world and changed are needed to promote a system of justice.

                @ Brother Timothy:

                Thank you for your response. I agree with everything that you said.

                More and more people are using alternative news sources because they know that the mainstream news media are a joke. You are right; they promote the status quo every single day, and people are getting sick of it. More and more people are calling them out, not only on their sources, but in their faces (like the protestors did to Geraldo).

                Like I said before, we all know that 9/11 was a conspiracy. All kinds of people were involved in that, just to get us in an unjust war. And thousands have died because of it.

      • Phazex says:

        @ Brotha Timothy:

        Well stated. Geraldo is nothing more than an opportunist and a victim himself of white supremacy. He will go with the status-quo first, before he sees that the status-quo IS the problem. I have often heard him referenced as a “coconut” by his own race. Geraldo will align himself with whatever is the call of the day for white supremacy. Sadly, like many black celebrities, Geraldo has no “real” love or compression for Black people in Amerikka and globally. From my standpoint, he never has. Whatever will garner him more money and/or celebrity status
        is where he will be found.

        I am soooooooo glad that our black people are really “self-actualizing” now. We just have to stick to our guns, so to speak, with a tenacity.

        Lately, I have been moving at “warp” speed in my own self-actualization as I stated before. Answers ARE becoming much more clearer, including dealing with my own people.

        I continue to “hope for the best, but am prepared for the worst” and I know that regarding my brothas and sistas that spiritually, “that not all of US will be saved.”

        Be well,

    @Everyone:

    I hope that all of you are well and in good health during these tumultous times. With that said, regarding Toya Graham, I lost interest when I saw that she was making appearances on CNN and other mainstream networks. To me, this is a way of her being used to make light of a very serious problem. The problem is not her, but Police Brutality and white supremacy. I would rather her son’s father been the one to chastise him publicly, but we dont know what the family cirmcumcstances are. I just knew that the media was going to run with this. When I was this young man’s age, all my parents had to do was look at me and I would get my act together. I think that the media loves seeing black men emasculated. As a mother myself, I understand why she did what she did ( genuinely believe that she didnt want her son to be another Freddie Gray). But when she starts getting “fame” from the mainstream media, I loose interest and all becomes supsect. Just my thoughts on it. And one more thing, anyone who has time, I would love to hear what you think about this :

    • Timothy says:

      Hello Sister Mariama.

      The events of Baltimore deal with many complex issues (from the masses of the people to the political leadership of Baltimore). You live in Baltimore. I have relatives living in Baltimore too.

      I have listened to the video from the narrator or David Carroll. His views are similar to what many right wing conservatives would say about the black community.

      His other videos on his Youtube channel are reactionary and blatantly misogynist (some his videos show stereotypes about black women). At the end of the day, the system of white supremacy has used police terrorism and other evils in harming the lives of black people. Racists do want to provoke race war in American society, but I do believe that black people aren’t taking the bait. Many black people are waking up. Also, Carroll is wrong to say that Birth of a Nation wasn’t racist. It was a racist movie. The video from him is condescending. Despite many of his reactionary rhetoric, he ignores that income inequality, police terrorism, and other problems contributed to the problems in Baltimore not every black person. White racism is a reality in the world. To call black people “Negroes” shows his arrogance and ignorance. This male Carroll seems to forget that the “looting” occurred in a select area. Also, human life is more important than property. Resistance against oppression is a total human right. The slave revolts are justified. I don’t justify harming innocent property, but I do believe in resisting evil.

      One of his errors is that he made it a Republican vs. Democrat deal when both parties are funded by the same 1 percent. Also, numerous Democrats today are not truly “progressive.” Many of them are neoliberal and more reactionary (than decades ago). Many Democrats now support austerity, tax cuts for the wealthy, and other Republican-like policies. So, this man Carroll is just a reactionary black person. Now, it is important to develop our families, to promote morality, and to use self-determination so we can free ourselves via our own power. I have no problem with support black fathers and black mothers. I do have a problem with a worship of laissez faire capitalist policies that have exploited workers and not liberated human beings. So, the video was interesting. People know what I stand for on issues, so I have many disagreements with Carroll.

      The oppressed should never be blamed for the actions of the oppressed.

      We have the responsibility to do what is right as black people, but we should not be collectively blamed for all evils in the Universe.

      You’re right that the media loves to see black men emasculated without question. Toya Graham has been exploited by the media after she slapped a black teenager. I wish the best for Toya and her family.
      God Bless You.

        @Timothy

        I appreciate your response. I have been listening to Mr. Carroll on and off for the past three years or so. While I agree with much of what he has to say, I often find myself feeling troubled by his use of language describing black people (eg: shine, coon, big but heffa, etc). I find it extremely degrading and condescending. I also feel at times that with his political rhetoric, he wants to reassure white folks that he is the the “good and educated” negro that is not like the others and that he is putting them in their place. Personally, I have never been able to trust a black person who is so willing to condemn other black people day in and day out in front of white people. It is one thing to critique our collective condition and behaviour, but it is quite another to do in front of the people who love to berate you. You have several wonderful and prolific black leaders like Malcolm X who could constructively deal with our issues without acquiescing to whites. Just my two cents. Have a very blessed and peaceful day Timothy!

        • Timothy says:

          @Mariama.

          I agree with your words Sister.

          • Courtney H. says:

            @ Mariama & Timothy:

            I have watched the video of David Carroll and read Brother Timothy*s response. Thank you, Sister, for providing the video and thank you, Timothy, for responding.

            I agree that Carroll is a self-hating Black man who is **sucking up** to White society by being condescending to Black people. His comments are very similar to those of white supremacist reactionaries. His name-calling and everything else is proof of that. I was disgusted when he claimed that **Birth of a Nation** is not a racist movie. It is one of the most racist movies ever made. It has been used as a Klan recruiting tool for decades. That movie led to lynchings and riots when it was released a little more than 100 years ago.

            Again, thank you for posting the video and responding.

            • Timothy says:

              @Sister Courtney

              Good Afternoon Sister 🙂

              Yes, Carroll has massive self hatred issues. The words that he uses to criticize the black community actually describe his own mentality. For him to justify the Birth of a Nation outlines his real colors, no pun intended. LOL. White supremacist reactionaries spew the same rhetoric as him. I agree with your response.

              • Courtney H. says:

                Good afternoon, Brother Timothy. 🙂

                Thank you for your response to that coon Carroll. I agree with everything that you said. He is SICK! I agree that any Black person who claims that **Birth of a Nation** is not a racist movie definitely has self-hatred issues. His N-word moment is going to be BAD.
